I can’t pass up dessert, especially when I eat out. I know I need to say no more often, but it’s hard and if it’s a special occasion, nearly impossible. What tips do you have for indulging in dessert the healthy way? Thanks.

    Here’s the best tip I know of: Share! If you like chocolate cake, go ahead and order it — along with enough forks for everyone at the table. Have just three bites, eat them as slowly as possible, and then share the rest. Three bites only. This way you’ll satisfy your sweet tooth, and still not feel bad in the morning.
