    Tantrums are for kids or immature people, those who do not have control over their emotions. Humor is an excellent stress buster. A good comedy show on televsion or a movie which makes you laugh is very good for anger management.

    On a more serious note, stress reduction techniques are helpful in promoting mental health. You have to make the time to relax.
