My husband just came home with a package of your low-fat Soy Crisps. He stop on the PA Turnpike to fine them. He had been telling me about them and I have been looking in grocery stores to NO avail, we live in New Jersey and wold love to know where we could find them in the grocery stores. Locally.
                                     Sincerely,

I used to get Glenny's Soy Crisps when passing thought Norfolk, VA. We loved them. Didn't like the Barbecue variety. The ones we got were delicous and we consumed about 4 bags a day. I am at a loss now because I see you have so many kinds. I don't remember any special name on the bag. Do you have a clue which one it could have been?It was about two years ago or less. We are in Seattle now.

Yup, i maintain a slim and fit body by simply eating canned soups and snacking on Cliff bars.

Being in the military, you have alot of physical requirements, so, this is pretty much my way of life, and that's what people have to realize, "dieting" doesn't help you keep that unwanted wieght off, you have to make and embrace a new way of life, which means eating the right foods, healthy foods that will take care of your body for you for the most part, so you won't have to struggle with strenuous workouts, or fasting.

I'm in the Marine Corps, and i've tried SO many different "diets" or programs, and i've found my new way of life makes it really easy to stay in shape, i only workout about three times a week, as opposed to the everyday routine i used to drag myself through, and i'm in much better shape then before as well.

What we eat daily, weekly, monthly and yearly determines what our bodies are composed of, and is a huge part of being and staying in shape, so that any other physical training that we do simply becomes maintanence, and not a struggle.

i'd also like to add that yes, one bad thing about canned soups is that they are high in sodium, so keep that in mind, and don't forget to drink lots of water to help your body offset it, as well as watching whatever else you may eat.

this is all true but watchout for the sodium in soup. ESPECIALLY canned soup. you can lose a ton of weight, watch your calories, but your blood pressure could be skyrocketing and you don't even know it. americans are supposed to have 2,300mg of sodium and a little less then half of that can be found in canned soup usually, so watch out. additionally, the amount of sodium other countries tell their people to consume is less then 2,300mg, you may also want to keep that in mind.

I just ordered a case of the Soy Crisps. I had purchased them in the grocery store and knew I liked them.
Would it be possible to get a couple of samples of the Brown Rice Marshmallow Treat bars before purchasing them. I have not been able to find them in stores.

Yes, I have found soup VERY helpful with my weight loss efforts. Especially the new PROGRESSO/light. They are fat free...and if you find that too bland...add a couple of tablespoons of salsa to jazz it up!
And I LOVE the Glenny's low-fat crisps. I'm on the Weight Watchers points system and a whole bag is only 2 points!! (-: GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks, I tried it and you are right, you really do feel fuller faster. For something sweet, Glenny's brown rice krispy treat is great (I like the marshmallow flavor, but it comes in chocalate too.

Absolutely!!! I follow more of the low carb diet with tons of greens and meats. I make an organic soup from organic vegetable stock and add in organic spinach, cauliflower & chunks of turkey... YUM! I eat soup even for breakfast and feel satisfied! Sooo many options with soup! A+

I have lost 80 pounds from April of last year to approximately Sept and maintained with no effort since and soup has been a HUGE part of making it easy. Canned Progresso soups are low in calories and they have a huge selection. Pull tops and 3 minutes in the micro-wave give me a 200 to 260 calorie lunch as part of my 1500 to 2000 calories a day, leaving me a lot to spread through out the rest of the day!! Glenny's are also awesome snacks to add in with lunch. One half of an entire bag is only 70 calories; they taste awesome AND have helped with adding needed soy in my diet.
