Exercising? On A Diet? Try The Web's Best Wellness Tracker for Optimum Results!

All over the web there are myriad wellness tracking programs, designed to assist you in your quest for better exercise, more energy, better form, faster workouts, greater convenience, conquering diet goals...just about any you can think of. All of these tools have their positives and negatives...but I’ve come across one I absolutely love, and I want to share it with everyone!
It’s called Pyrasports. Pyrasports is designed for everyone, from the casual athlete to the Ironman-in-training. It’s easy to log and view workouts, see your stats in multiple formats, and log multiple types of workouts, including strength and weight training. There’s a calendar function that will show you how much progress you’ve made weekly/monthly/yearly. There are even tracking devices for your BMI, your weight, and other wellness factors. But most tracking programs give you at least some of that (although Pyrasports’ multi-graph statistical analysis is much cooler than others I’ve seen); what I really love about Pyrasports is the fact that they allow users to publish, view, vote on, comment on, and gain wisdom from others’ experience in the form of articles and community links, and “friending” other community users (similar to facebook, but with fitness!). And because community input is strongly encouraged, you can submit your own articles and see what others think of them!
Tracking programs help in more ways than can be counted: among them are reaching your dieting goals, improving your fitness levels, understanding how your body copes with and responds to sresses, injuries, illnesses, etc., treating and preventing injuries...the list just goes on and on. Pyrasports goes further in seeking to not only provide those services, but build a community of like-minded people to cheer each other on, pump each other up and keep each other going!
