Healthy Movie Snack
Dear Glenny’s,
I love taking my kids to the movies, but I dread sitting next them with their buttery popcorn and bags of Peanut M&Ms. What can I bring along to the movie that is healthier, and make me feel like I am having a fun treat, too?
Thanks.
Mona

Got something to say?

How about a bag of soy crisps? I also love to eat Weight Watchers Fruities at the movies. They’re sold at Weight Watchers locations, they’re extremely low in calories (68 for a pack of 12!), and they last forever.
There are a bunch of things that you can bring when going to the movies. For the chocolate lovers, there are Glenny’s 100 Calorie Brownies, they are a treat itself, Weight Watchers chocolates, Hershey Snacksters (comes in PB or Chocolate) - only 100 cals per pack. For the jube jube and candy lover, there are all types of sugar free candies and jube jubes that you can buy. Try Walmart, they have a great selection. Oh, I just found at walmart that they have the sugar-free peeps (sugar coated marshmallow goodness) They are 60 cals and no fat for the pack of 3. Now for the chip/popcorn lovers. Any kind of soy crisps are the heathiest choice, but if you really want chips then I would suggest that you buy the 100 cal packs so that you don’t over indulge. As for popcorn, if you go to the grocery store and buy the Orville Redenbacher’s Smart Pop (100 cal bags), pop it at home and bring it with you. I hope this helps!! I hope you guys get some of these products too in the US, as I am in Canada! Good Luck.
Hi! I order from this place all the time and am very pleased to share. They have great kosher organic and natural food products including glennys soy crisps.
