I toast two pcs. of Weight Watchers bread, and add 1 Tbl. of low fat peanut butter. It seems to hold me over for hours. I am not a breakfast eater, but this I can eat anytime of the day. Only 3 ww point.

I agree with Susie -- protein is where it's at. Try a small handful of nuts or a slice of turkey for breakfast. Who says you have to have breakfast foods! It will hold you over for several hours.

If anyone gets hungry soon after eating it's me. I have to have protein. It helps keep me full. I will probably eat two waffles with peanut butter and yogurt. Be careful cause peanut butter is fattening. I eat the Smart Balance brand. I may also eat oatmeal with berries, a piece of whole grain toast and peanut butter. This combo keeps me full for several hours.

Definitely make sure you have some kind of healthy protein for breakfast. Healthy fats also stay with you longer than carbs, too.

If I am still hungry, I go to fruit - particularly high fiber fruit such as apples or pears. The fiber helps keeps you full longer (and it tends to satisfy my sweet tooth from time to time). I've read and been told that with fruit and veges, you can eat it throughout the day and it will not sabotage your staying healthy or losing weight efforts. With fruit or anything else, you do not want to "overdo"it. Eating fruit also depends on what stage of weight loss you are in because it contains alot of natural sugars, so be careful.
Dri is right - saute some veggies and use them to make an egg white omelet. This also can be filling - I load mine with veges like spinach, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.... VEges are good any time of the day and do not have as much sugar as fruit.

Happy and healthy eating!!!!!!!!

Firstly, what are you eating for breakfast? Personally, I prefer to eat a protein-packed meal instead of carb-based ones, as itt keeps me full longer. I start with egg whites and mix in lots of delicious things, like fat-free cheeses or veggies.

Also, what´s really helped me is to have two mini breakfasts. I'll start with one of those egg dishes and then a few hours later, I'll have a container of fat-free yogurt . Breaking up your morning meal is a great way to keep you feeling satisfied until it's time for lunch.
