Specifically focusing on when you need to lose the weight by, this Women's Health special features strategies to lose that weight in 4 weeks. Click on the link in this paragraph to get to the diet...then start with week one and you're on your way! But don't take it from me...here's an excerpt from the intro to the diet plan:
